Forgiveness

Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you. (Ephesians 4:32)… Thoughts :-. … Being kind in this scripture is directly connected with forgiving others. Is there anyone in your life that you need to forgive, don’t let another day go by, get in touch with that person and show kindness by offering your forgiveness to them…. What does God mean when he tells us to forgive someone? 1. Forgiveness does not mean that we forget, 2. Forgiveness is different than healing. 3. Forgiveness can include distance., 4. Forgiveness is not optional….. How do we find the power to forgive? It comes from Jesus. You need to start by thinking about the cross and how Jesus paid the price for your sins. God has given you eternal and complete forgiveness through Jesus.

Gods Protection

No one will be able to stand against you as long as you live. For I will be with you as I was with Moses. I will not fail you or abandon you. ( Joshua 1:5)…..
Thoughts :-. …
Joshua's new job consisted of leading more than two million people into a strange new land and conquering it. Every new job is a challenge. Without God it can be frightening. With God it can be a great adventure. Just as God was with Joshua, he is with us as we face our new challenges………….
We may not conquer nations, but every day we face tough situations, difficult people, and temptations. God promises, however, that he will never abandon us nor fail to help us. By asking God to direct us we can conquer many of life's challenges.
In the Book of Joshua, God’s people are given responsibility in their relationship with the Sovereign, Creator God: “Be strong and courageous” and “obey God’s instructions.” God Himself in Jesus Christ gives His people new instructions: “Go and make disciples from every tribe, language, people, and nation, baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and teach them all that He has commanded.” As God fulfilled His promise to Joshua and Israel, we can be sure God will fulfill His promise to us in Jesus Christ. The question is “Will we be brave and courageous, will we trust God and obey His commands? What is our response to our risen Lord’s command?
